$SFOR It is not up to SA- After the brief is submitted , it's up to federal circuit to schedule the oral ( IF REQUIRED )
SA's intentions where clear it seems from the time court requested the conflict dates for the Orals and was due on 06/19, but they missed the court deadline by miles and finally submitted on 06/25 ( May be they thought it's a requirement )
Ref : https://bit.ly/2wceung / Oct schedules are out already and there no scheduling for SFOR. Lot is happening with Cisco/DUO , Centrify/Thoma Bravo , Gemalto/Thales and finally SA/Core
None of these infringers can close their deals /Buyout / Merger until their mess is sorted out. I will not be surprised if the decision is already made , based on the submitted brief and we are waiting on the announcement /8-K. The deals are complex and tangled together , so the settlement will be complex as well.
FALL IS HERE and will bring $
