Not true. Have you tested them? I saw that page you posted months ago. The technical loophole Amazon approved was for them to simply change the labeling, because Amazon's intent with that initial policy statement was merely to avoid hassles from the federal government until it was clear that the DEA would not treat CBD as a schedule 1 controlled substance.
Not long after they posted it, the feds indeed released a statement saying they would not treat industrial hemp derived products as schedule 1 controlled substances. I posted that statement here twice after it was published in a press release.
Michael Welch openly explained that in a video quite awhile ago. No one, except certain state legislatures staffed with cave dwellers, are taking steps to try and prevent the sale of CBD containing products.
