Just got another email from ACI, it was a follow up from a previous email. So they responded to my first email twice. Just giving the information, I am sure it means nothing but they do mention T-Mobile this time...

To answer your question about more information we can share:
The UTOPYA phones will work with most US carriers, and we are testing them in the Midwest on T-mobile's network. We plan to to announce a release date as soon as we get our first order in stock.
