You'll just have to watch level 2 more carefully and know who the market makers are. There are no dilutive MM's now, and the action is simply flip-n-block. Not much power in it, though.
I have no clue where you'd get the idea that this is a lot of volume. 12M shares so far today? About 0.4% of the float. The volume is virtually dried up! Further evidence that there is little power in this round of flip-n-block.
You just have to be patient. Or think whatever you want to think.
