Let me introduce the same series of questions here that I did a few minutes ago on the iHub board. Hopefully a pro's pro like hi-there can answer.
1. how many rounds of SEC staff questions and comments will the SEC send to DECN's lawyers?
2. how long will it take DECN lawyers to answer these questions and comments?
3. conversely, will the SEC just throw out the Registration and tell Mr. Berman, as many non-shareholders do, to just get lost, pound sand, eat poop etc. etc.?
