Business never sits still so at this time we’d like to officially announce the CLOSING on the acquisition of Peppermint Jim. Moments ago, after final review of all their documents, we have officially signed closing documents COMPLETING this acquisition. $LIBE
Our attorney is preparing the 8k filing at this time, and we should have it filed within the next 48 hours. A formal press release will be out soon as well. On a side note Altair Equipment should be signed soon as well pacing the way for the next step on that Acquisition $LIBE
