This year-until-now was all about 2 things -
ONE: Pounding the pavement to develop the distribution and ramp up sales for the distracted driving solutions business (RESULT: high revenue growth and high margin net profits; and, perhaps more importantly, a large and growing distribution network, system and pipeline that reaches both the consumer and business markets)
- AND -
TWO: Cleaning up the balance sheet (RESULT: great looking balance sheet with no toxic debt)
Number TWO explains why there was pressure on the stock price all of this year until now.
One of the major highlights with ONCI is that this was accomplished with only 20% dilution of the stock!! EVEN THOUGH the pps was pushed down exactly 90% (at today's price) from the recent high closing price of 0.0190.
Way oversold, way undervalued, with a massive correction coming.
And that only begins to tell the story. So much has been accomplished with item number ONE above, since the recent high of 0.0190 , that the price recovery to the previous high is only a milestone in the right direction.
