I follow a few stocks that are much like OWCP in terms of starting trials and objectives (eventually having approved medicinal cannabis market ready products). Three of these stocks have moved up 40% or more in the past week. It would be nice to see OWCP break resistance and get into the mid-twenties with higher volume. While it would mean little long term, it would show "life" as anytime a stock breaks resistance and holds there will be people that notice and that is usually good for shareholders.
