I know this is probably nothing, but I did email ACI about the Utopya phones and this was their response:

We are working with UTOPYA and will have the phones available in the Midwest. We will update you as soon and they are released to us.
Their email has 605 in it which is South Dakota's area code. Which of course, is midwest. Sure it is nothing, just posting what I found out when looking into it is all. Take it for what it's worth. I don't trust anything not coming directly from the U at this point!
