The truth can be called denigration...whatever you like...doesn’t change a thing.
The board members are neither independent nor are they qualified to be on nearly any other public company.
They would never meet the qualifications that JW had set preciously. You yourself know of that list and the people on it that were absolutely willing to sit on a PTO board IF they could close at last one deal.
