Bill has been a con artist since day 1 back in 2009/2010. I have been trying to warn people for years not to put their hard earned money into TPAC .
He has never one time been honest and upfront with shareholders. He always played shareholders for fools blaming others for his own failures. He manipulated people with his word smith BS making it appear he was a good honest person. The guy is a total fraud.
The only course of action now is to file SEC complaints and join any class action lawsuits that are open. As for the money its all gone. Bill has spent it on his lavish lifestyle and vacation in China.
So call me a paid basher and say Im lying, I really dont care. If just 1 person reads this and it prevents them from losing their money funding this fraud I will be happy.
