The only indications I see is that the company is in troubled times right now and trying to recover, not fraudulent behavior.

I can't see any motivation for fraud on the companies part for obvious reasons.

It would not be in the best interest of the principle, his family or his life to behave in that manner.

All I'm seeing is a company with the odds stacked against them trying to survive the storm.
