$SFOR Who knows, one of these days docket will be updated and 8-K will pop. Think about the reasoning behind the public comment Kay made few weeks back ,i.e.
It is in works IMO for sometime now- May be we are @ the toe end of the announcement. I would love to have it as a big surprise for manipulators.
