If the whale at $0.0165 waits until the price moves up to $0.0199, he/she could get only be able to get 5.5 + million shares. If he/she was smart, they would start to buy small amounts down at the $0.0184 point. The longer he/she waits the better it is for us. Before you know it, they will be paying 3 cents or more.
