Imagination TV Inc. Announces Share Buyback Program, to Further Clean Corporate Cap Structure

CASPER, Wyoming, August 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --

Imagination TV Inc. (IMTV) is pleased to announce that is has instituted a share buyback program whereby from August 15, 2018 to August 15, 2019 the Company will purchase shares of its common stock in open market transactions and then retire such share purchases for permanent cancellation. The Company will fund the share purchases by committing 20% of its revenue after expenses from each music and entertainment event during the 1-year period.
