Thats a real possibility. This means billions of dollars with all the infringers. Maybe they are trying to make money to pay the fines!
Microsoft tried to break SFOR but they didn't and thats why the RS happened SFOR needed the money for defence costs. Not because the company was bad....they had the patents already and MS was infringing by buying a subsidiary company. In the meantime others were infringing too. MS finnally gave in wisely and caughed up 9M in settlement. This makes the point. This company is solid on their stance!
