Is SA in a "poop or get off the pot" situation now? Is it that they must schedule for the orals by the end of Aug. or the the case will be decided on the written briefs as mentioned in your previous post? Thanks for that review of the MSFT case & link to your message about those wtitten briefs which we all believe R&G's is the far superior one!
