i've said for years that the SEC should be disbanded and re-configured
T+0 is the only way to restore faith in US Equities .. imo .. i was reminded yesterday of PTOI back in Jan 2012 .. as i was taking screenshots of another *target* (CVSI) .. where the *ask* side was significantly lower than the *bid* side .. forcing the stair step laddering down of the PPS .. i call this NRs' brutalization of their *target*
the difference of course is after about 10 years of *observing* and understanding NRs' algos .. is for several years .. i've learned to build a core holding and trade a % of that core holding .. as NRs' *efforts* permit
if P2O's mgmt executes .. imo PTOI will trigger reg sho *yet again* .. to accompany several other OTC targets .. i'm invested in ..
