We are in the 2nd week since the letter was filed requesting a judicial determination of a Summary Judgment filed in August 2017 by Defendant Johnson & Johnson.

I’m sure the judge had good reason for such a long delay in making a ruling, but I expect to hear something very soon now that this request for a judicial determination has been filed by DECN.
