$RIBT Candlewood Investment Group LP warrants
If their infor is correct they own 55% of RIBTW, warrants that expire in mid December at $6.55. As I recall, here were about 2,200,000 warrants from that Maxim fund raise. I doubt they bought over half of that fund raise, so they have been accumulation for some time. If they exercise, I would hope they hold them. They own 2,500,000 shares of stock. Do they really think the stock will go past $6.55?
