Sorry did not intend to post top paragraph but that was a post from someone at IHUB today and he also claims the next conversion price is 14 cents. The other part at bottom of paragraph 1 is total conversion of Fife shares at 21 cents for 466710 shares or $98009.10. I only was using paragraph 1 for reference but forgot to erase.
