Invest in Albania confirmed the project must be done 36 months from April of this year.
September 2017, the Ministry of Energy announced a winner for Shala HPP. It was a consortium of Çinar-San Hafriyat Nakliyat Insaat Turizm Sanayi Ve Ticaret LTD.STI”, “Shala Energy PLC” and “Falak Properties LLC. So far, there are no updates on the project, besides the fact that the project has to be completed within 36 months. On the other hand, the area is a popular tourist's destination.year.
This was publicly announced on Facebook "Invest in Albania page. At least there responding.
Also Skavica is planned for 2020. I don't think we are involved in this project. They have all funding secured. It is posted on the WBIF Albania site. Hopefully we hear something soon.
