Cisco having $17B left forces their hand IMHO. They know their likely competitor for a BO of SFOR is TPG which has deep pockets. I would not be stunned to see Cisco tender an initial low ball bid (a few billion) for SFOR once R&G blows SA away. TPG would then have to counter if they have any aspiration of keeping our IP for McAfee. That's when it will get interesting. I'm just waiting for that bidding war to begin!
