Cisco when made the offer to buy Duo
stated that would like to close the deal in next 3 months
well...time is running
2 weeks already

and time is Money
Duo must be talking to Strikeforce already
i still believe the reason why Cisco seems like is overpaying
is because in that $2.3b there is our part of he treble damage and Trustwave Payment
$200/300m or more
less and i would not be too Happy!!
