NASDAQ can make the uplist happen or not and make the process easy or difficult. 

I personally feel they will expedite the process and make it as easy as possible. 

They have a ton to gain from it. 
Also, I assure you that this wasn't thought of a month ago. 
It was the plan from the get go. Every time Uplist was spoken about, people spoke of NYSE AND Rory said , yup or NASDAQ. and from January nFusz was up on the NASDAQ tower. 

"IMO" this is now on auto pilot.(with Rory heading the charge and #teamfusz fueling it) 
This is happening and nothing will stop it and or slow it down. 
nFusz will move forward with the force of a frieght train. 
Get on Board, get run over or miss the train. 

All the DD in the world won't uncover what's really happening behind the scenes. But it is fun trying to figure things out.
