Thanks, I missed the yield sign. #1 jobs act 3.0 passed earlier this summer. So you no longer have to be alternate reporting to go reg A+. #2 as of last update we are going reg a+ on the parent, and the auditors are engaged so we can get to full reporting. But no point in spending all that money if there's no hope.

But ya, we need to get up to date. Hopefully the yield will force additional disclosures soon.
