SA would be the oral, not DUO.
DUO is a done deal, IPR denied and were in settlement negotiations with us until SA pulled their low life scumbag BS! DUO has no oral.
DUO (backed by GV) immediately asked for a stay - their last hope was that SA actually had a case, which we know a big friggin joke pitiful challenges! So if SA would win, which they will NOT, then DUO would go back to the courts.
$SFOR at that time recommended ALL stays until the SA litigation is done. $SFOR knew victory would occur and SOON will! Just maybe some good news next week!
They ALL got NOTHING and no way around our IP! If there was a way, then MSFT would of had success, but they did NOT and settled with us.
