Once again, huge thanks to Rory and the team for this week’s update. It’s great to see that SHACs are transforming towards highly professional conduct alongside with the company. There is so much information out there about the company, its business and the technology that there is no need for hand-holding or to address concerns from short-sighted investors who haven’t done their homework. Any investor who has at least some understanding of SaaS, video marketing and high-growth tech startups, understands where this thing is going.

It will be particularly interesting to see what kind of strategy they have for the 20 mil s-1 raise and the 10 mil part of the acquisition which will be paid in shares. I would like to see those shares issued at least at 300 million market cap, possibly even higher so that the dilution would be minimized. This, of course, requires some heavy hitter PRs, so hopefully they can get a couple of those out before the raise and up-listing.
