The investment bank who is underwriting the offering usually prices out the IPO. I can tell you they just don't look at the current sp and go from there.
The million dollar questions is, does the company start PR-ing news before it gets prices out. I would. With all the BW's on the sideline, timing couldn't be better.
Remember, Rory said the NEXT four months will be transformational.

He never said IN four months. This is why you first saw all the hiring and now the S1 and we are only 10 weeks into this.
