The main point of uplisting to a higher market is to get institutional investors on board.
I'm guessing that part of the mission of the road trips was to get these investors on board in anticipation of that uplist.
Plus, IMO they have some pretty powerful news that will bring value to the company to help the uplist along, without an RS.. Just speculation...but plausible.
nFusz hired a company that is well experienced in the uplist process. These are folks that I am pretty sure knows more than anything any paid poster has to offer in an ISlug message board.
The payed posters job is to convince you that all of the companies activities are futile, treacherous to the shareholders and doomed to failure. That's counter intuitive..the biggest shareholder is the CEO.
Take 10% truth and mix it with 90% crap. They are still trying to sell you a pile of sh&T even though they are trying to make it look like pudding.
My observation is that Nfusz and they're consultants have carefully thought this out.
It's chance of success must be pretty good or they just wouldn't waste the time and money to try to do it.
