In terms of the terminology, it makes no difference. Not sure i understand the big debate over whether it is considered an IPO or not. They are purchasing Sound Concepts, selling shares to pay for the purchase, and uplisting to Nasdaq, all in one fell swoop. Not sure it matters what the transaction is called. What matters is what is happening and that it all occurs. It is a tremendous undertaking for a small start up, and one that I believe will “transform” this company and position it well for further success. Looking forward to seeing it through with shares in hand.
