Then it is possible to get some value back from Sullivan
At first sight, he took the IP out of GTRQ and sold it to ARCI for $15M !!!!
I would be angry as hell if I were a GTRQ stockholder
Why not sue Sullivan, ARCI, or both ? $15M allowes for some compensation money
If they do not listen, there is still SEC complaint page, they would sure listen carefully with such a steal of value
Up to investors who lost money to decide...
