Patent Approvals take years +/- 5yrs.
If FDA approval came, I think it would eclipse any patent approval in terms of PPS, but having both would be the best thing company could get, as their stuff would be patent protected and FDA approved = $$$$$$$$
Small company like this would be ripe for acquisition if those things happened, now compound it with additional patents and FDA approvals and you wish you sold your family, house, cars, assets and bought this when the PPS was @ 0.20.
