Hi Dro27,

Our directors/board and executives roles and responsibilities haven’t changed.

We prefer not to share the contract information with the public until we’re in scaled up manufacturing mode.

Unfortunately we can’t share publicly what the deal structure was, but I can emphasize we’ve made the decision and structure strategically.

We work tirelessly and are extremely excited for the future of WARC. We wouldn’t do what we do otherwise. I understand it’s difficult for people outside the org who aren’t seeing first hand what we’re working on.

My apologies for not providing you with all answers you had hoped for.
