Regarding Negligent Judge K
There was more than enough evidence to conclude based on the ptabs (even before the SCOTUS made their decision) that SFORs patent was valid.
He has since had at least another of his Alice decisions overturned because same reason, not following the instructions for ALICE.
I see the Appeal judges immediately overturning this dismissal/travesty and on that news, even before it go's back to Judge K , everyone will settle.
Non of the infringers New Billion rev owners want this thing to go to trial.
