I never quite figured that out either... There really aren't a lot of shares on the float but yet there are a ton of shares available to trade? It has never made sense to me.
Like do I really own 5% of Coates? (wish it was Apple)
I think much of the tradable shares we see are from the Toxic financiers..

Looks like there is going to be some kind of "short squeeze" coming regardless if we get that 30 year awaited meaningful PR or not.
