Let's see, at the time there had been no hacking of our elections so an aspirational statement looking for better relationships with Russia was pro-forma and unsurprising. And after all, hadn't Dubya claimed he saw a 'soul' in Putin's eyes?
You have to wonder about the real motivations behind this sudden disdain for the Land o’ Vodka.
