Hey armyseal, first a private company can not RM into another private company, and Agrimed and Sativeo are both private companies. Now they both can RM into UNVC and have one company and a new ticker symbol and have 1 public company. Or Agrimed can buyout both UNVC and Sativeo and remain a private company. But a public company and a private company can do a JV (joint venture) usually for a specific reason. Most here think a RM will send our price skyrocketing because Agrimed and possibly Sativeo would be public along with UNVC-in other words, when you buy the stock then, you are actually buying into all 3 companies, but really only 1-the new public company we would all own shares in. Right now we own zero of Agrimed or Sativeo, although we have partnered with Agrimed, but we have no ownership in them like we do UNVC.
