$RIBT Henk Hoogankamp, RIBT Board member, who filed that he bought more stock filed today is the man, he is a world renown meat extender expert. He has written books on meatless meat. Years ago he got SRB added to KFC Philipines chicken sandwiches and US assuages. His 2010 book, Lifestyle Foods spells out how how to make meatless meat. I am hoping RIBT is about to get involved in the trend, and wonder if the 2 CapEx projects in Cal and Dillon are related to it. Henk, the leading pioneer in vegetable based meat replacement has been on the RIBT board since 2008.
