Rory mentioned that some of the questions that were sent to him he could not answer due to SEC regulations. I'm pretty sure someone would have asked about the Rich Bohn review. If Rich is being considered as one of the BOD, that may be why Rory didn't mention him in the SHAC. Just thinking out loud.
