Less by the day. At the very end of the 2nd qtr. statements, you will see they changed their equity compensation plan. It used to define "award limit" as 1M shares. They changed it to $1M.
The old way limited them to $10k of equity payout when the share price is .01. Under the new method, they can issue themselves a boatload of shares.
Considering Joey is paying himself and outrageous salary, I doubt he is above giving himself outrageous share bonuses. He could very easily be the majority shareholder, i.e., untouchable, very soon.
I'm about two days away from contacting lawyers.
