CISCO/DUO has to assume the damages for SFOR. If CISCO closes DUO deal in Nov 2018 or before, SFOR damage $ will pop up as early as the beginning of FALL. Will hear something on this line sooner than later. CISCO cannot confirm the dates until DUO's mess is sorted out.

It is quite possible , $2.35B may have SFOR damages built in ( IMO )
