Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempt for inclusion in possible report to SEC:
Suspect fake stacked ask at .0004 - up from 9M at close August 14 to 45M by 12:43 EST on August 15 - 31M via NITE and 14M via CDEL..
Check all sell orders placed at .0004 by iHub users RFB and surfkast between close on August 14 and since the open on August 15.
No sensible trader would want to sell at .0004 when they could already have sold at .0006 on 2 occasions this year if they wanted to. The company has a new CEO, has changed the company name against the ticker and clearly has developments in the works.
