The leadership started reorganizing the remaining debt on the balance sheet, so that the company can continue to position itself to become debt free as soon as revenues begin providing enough
operating capital. The company is starting to attract high net worth investors enhancing the value and visibility of the company. Additional growth by acquiring profitable businesses or assets is planned
in the upcoming months, using the Restricted Preferred Stock as currency.
