The Case is against HJOE & Matt Veal as an individual. Basically the HJOE default judgment goes back to May 2017.
The case against individual defendant Matt Veal has been dragging on and on.
Also, the case has bounced around the courts to different judges.
This granted Motion sets the conference in court for Sept.
There is much more.
Like I have posted. I reserve final opinion on the survival of HJOE until this ENTIRE case is closed.
