Good morning dneighnay and KMAGgers... Donald Page is the CFO at Trio as I was told by Sam Kerr last week and I believe remains with KMAG as well.

Although I don't have word on Dixon, I would bet anything he also remains on board as Mr. Reid has worked with him for some years.  From the 4/26/12 PR:

"Mr. Dixon has worked closely with KMAG's CEO Jeffrey Reid for many years and brings with him many new opportunities to the company."

I'm expecting only great things ahead... it's all about what you know, your money and whether you believe!
