That's what I would think because the Mexico deal with give PPS a great amount of buying pressure. Then the release of the 10-Q would continue it's upward trend with a continued push that will be unstoppable. I honestly think they were waiting until the release of the financials to do it all at once to create this bullish run. A knock your socks kind of act
