My honest Guess about this is something is seriously happening. The uplist was a major sign and as I said before they will need to do an 8k to announce something that is paramount. Cisco/Duo is absolutely in my opinion on the floor and Management has to figure out a way to get the news out. The Q numbers are older and should show better revenues but in the last 60 days something has changed for the significantly better. The Q would not be hard to put together as they made a statement when they uplisted they were already reporting.( So I do not think its numbers) This is only speculation! IPR BlockSafe capital raise should be in part of the of the report that we already knew about, but I wouldn't think thats why there is a delay. I am guessing we are imminent to something major. So many things have been put out there and they are happening. All of this in my humble opinion! Peace from The Bear!
