If I disagreed with that silver lining, I would be buying subpenny NOW not later. I agree, no selling option guarantees buys are solid for a period of time. If price ends up close to $10 post r/s then buying could slow around $20-$30, if news is interpreted by investors as millions of dollars in revenue a year, then it could sustain in the $50 but this ROI is well under what it would be if it had not been taken down to where it is. I think so significantly improves before r/s, should there be an announced ratio.
