Its possible that in the background, DUO & Centrify are aware of a forthcoming decision "based on the briefs", in the SA appeal case, thus the buyout for DUO & Centrify have been initiated! The SA decision will allow the remaining lawsuits to immediately proceed to settlement, allowing a "clean" buyout in both cases! Just IMHO!
